Precision Fortuna Foothills Fence is a fence contractor based in Fortuna Foothills, AZ. We provide residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services to customers in Fortuna Foothills and the surrounding Yuma region.
Services are performed on-site at your property. The scope of work for each project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins. Work performed outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before the additional work proceeds.
Estimates provided by Precision Fortuna Foothills Fence are based on an on-site assessment of your property. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, encountering soil conditions such as caliche rock that require specialized equipment not anticipated in the original quote. We will communicate any such changes to you before proceeding with the additional work.
Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. A signed contract is required before work begins on any project.
Scheduling is confirmed when a signed contract and any required deposit have been received. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed start dates, but scheduling may be affected by weather, permit processing times, or other conditions outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials ordered, permits pulled, and labor performed to that point.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project due to unsafe conditions, permit issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find an alternative schedule.
Payment terms are specified in your written contract. In general, a deposit may be required at the time of contract signing to cover material costs, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be listed in your contract.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in your contract. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue work on projects with outstanding balances.
In the event that a payment is disputed, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication before pursuing any other remedy.
Where required, Precision Fortuna Foothills Fence will apply for applicable building permits through Yuma County Development Services on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are typically included in your written estimate. Work cannot legally begin until required permits are approved, and scheduling is subject to permit processing timelines.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about property boundaries, HOA rules, and any other restrictions that may affect the project.Precision Fortuna Foothills Fence is not responsible for costs arising from inaccurate property information provided by the customer.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written contract. Unless otherwise specified in writing, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period stated in your contract and does not cover damage caused by weather events, Acts of God, vandalism, improper use, or failure to maintain the fence in accordance with our care instructions.
Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer of the materials used in your project, not by Precision Fortuna Foothills Fence. We will assist you in understanding and exercising applicable manufacturer warranties.
